Every engagement follows the same path, regardless of product line. The discipline is what makes the introductions valuable.

  1. Engagement

    Every engagement starts with a direct conversation with one of our principals. We learn about your business, your goals, and what you're looking for in a capital partner. No form-driven matching, no algorithm. The conversation is the diligence — it's what makes the introduction valuable.

  2. Matching

    From our network, we identify the partner or partners whose criteria, appetite, and stage best fit your profile. We only move to introduction when we're confident the fit is genuine. A bad introduction wastes everyone's time and damages relationships we've spent years building.

  3. Introduction

    We formally introduce you to the matched partner, provide context to both sides, help frame the opportunity, and stay available to support the conversation through to a signed arrangement.

  4. Approval & Handoff

    Once the arrangement is approved, our role is complete. You and your new partner operate the relationship directly — no ongoing fees, no gray areas. The relationship is yours.

Our compensation comes from the capital partner side when an introduction results in an approved arrangement. We're never paid by the provider, merchant, or originator we're introducing — the standard model across financing intermediary work and the one that keeps our incentives aligned with making matches that actually perform.
