What we do is build and maintain the network relationships that let the right businesses and the right capital partners find each other efficiently and with confidence.
Our leadership has sat on both sides of the table — as lenders, originators, and intermediaries. That experience shapes how we evaluate fit, how we prepare introductions, and how we stay realistic with both sides about what's likely to work. Our compensation comes from the capital partner side when an introduction results in an approved arrangement — never from you. John founded Capital Sources in 2015 after an extensive career in specialty finance, during which he originated thousands of dealer and provider relationships and connected them with flow funding solutions across multiple organizations and lending platforms. His experience spans origination, portfolio management, and lender relations.
Chris supports the development of lender, provider, and capital partner relationships across all four product lines. Trained under John, he focuses on relationship development and helping facilitate financing arrangements across healthcare, POS, and capital markets.
